Affordable Housing for Essential Workers

At Morgan, we believe in providing high-quality affordable housing for critical workers in the communities where they are needed. Our Essential Workforce Program offers discounted rental rates to law enforcement, military personnel, first responders, teachers, nurses, bankers, workers in retail and restaurants, and many others who qualify based on earning wages below area median income levels. Renters that make between $39,120 and $74,560 may qualify to live in one of our Essential Housing apartment homes.

We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income, please contact us or call the community directly for additional details on acceptable proof of income.

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

  1. Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  2. Income Verification Items
  3. Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
  4. 2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
